The method used to prepare the declaration has been an evaluation carried out by a third party (SERINZA SOLUTIONS SL)
Semi-automatic validation tools:
- Validador (X) HTML de W3C: It is a free online code validation service that checks the conformity of documents with W3C grammars and other (X) HMTL standards.
- SortSite is another online tool, from the private company Powermapper Software, that allows you to verify the accessibility of a web page both by WCAG 1.0 and 2.1 and by other accessibility standards such as Section 508 of the USA.
- The Wave is a free validation tool based on WCAG 2.1 and US Section 508 standards. It is developed by WebAIM (Accessibility in Mind), a nonprofit organization of the Center for Persons with Disabilities at Utah State University. This validator not only performs a detailed accessibility analysis but also provides information about the content and structure of pages to help developers perform tasks that require personal decision-making.
- Axe Accesibility is a free validation tool that can be added as an extension for different browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
- Tawdis.net Used to review accessibility problems and locate those errors in source code.
- WCAG Color Contrast Checker, a plugin for Chorme, is used to evaluate the contrast between the colors of the web application.
Manual check:
- Confirm that the font size can be increased and that the page is usable with a large font size.
- Check that there is good visual highlighting of the element that receives focus both using the mouse and the keyboard.
- Test pages with different screen resolutions and/or with different window sizes.
- Display the pages so that they automatically take on the appearance in “High Contrast Black” or another similar one, selected in the computer system options.
- Review the contrast that exists between background and text, both in the content and in the images.
