The Management committee was created as a decision-making body and all of the beneficiary partners are involved, as well as a representative from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing, Food and Environment. It is chaired by Fundación Biodiversidad, the project’s coordinating partner and its main role is to make decisions regarding the management and monitoring of the programme actions.

The committee works closely with the scientific committee and is intended to ensure that the project continues and that actions are carried out correctly, coordinating the actions of the various partners and overseeing the general coherence of LIFE+. It is also a forum for exchanging ideas with other projects and similar initiatives, both nationally and in other countries in the European Union.
